Preliminary remarks:
By decree of the District
Government of Upper Bavaria of April 12th 1976 the municipality
Notzing has been incorporated into the municipality Oberding.
Thus the arms of the municipality Notzing has become
obsolete.
Besides the village Aufkirchen uses an
inofficial coat-of-arms.
Foundation of the arms:

As no foundation for the
municipal arms, no source proper.
Coat-of-arms of the Segesser.
Coat-of-arms of the counts of Bogen (1204-1233), of Wittelsbach (from 1247), of the state Bayern (from 1918) (see also the arms of the Landkreis Erding, the inofficial arms of Aufkirchen, as well as the colours of the coats-of-arms of Kirchberg, Moosinning, Langengeisling and Reichenkirchen).
