The municipality
Oberding has adopted a flag by the vote of the municipal
council of December 6th 1988. The flag shows three
stripes of the colours Blue-White-Blue; it shall
be used with the arms on it. The Government of Upper
Bavaria approved the adoption of the flag on September
29th 1989. In actual use are hanging and flapping flags with arms in the the size 400 x 150 cm (proportions 8:3); the arms cover 2/3 of the flag width. The last time the flags have been delivered in 1995 bei Riehl in Rosenheim. They are used on holidays and during municipal festivities (e.g. during the 1250th anniversary of the village in 2000). |
