The municipality
Hohenpolding has adopted a flag by the vote of the
municipal council of December 1st 1982. The flag shows
three stripes of the colours White-Green-Yellow; it shall
be used with the arms on it. The Government of Upper
Bavaria approved the adoption of the flag on February 8th
1983. In actual use are hanging flags in the proportions 5:2; the arms cover 55% of the flag width. They are used during municipal festivities (e.g. Holzlandvolksfest) and church festivities. |
