The municipality
Eitting has adopted a flag by the vote of the municipal
council of January 25th 1989. The flag shows two stripes
of the colours Yellow-Black; it shall be
used with the arms on it. The Government of Upper Bavaria
approved the adoption of the flag on September 29th 1989. In actual use are hanging flags with arms in the the sizes 400 x 150 cm and 300 x 120 cm (proportions 8:3 or 5:2); the arms cover 2/3 of the flag width. The last time the flags have been delivered in 1998 bei Riehl in Rosenheim. They are used on several official occasions and during the fun-fair. |
