The municipality Buch
am Buchrain has adopted a flag by the vote of the
municipal council of March 1st 1983. The flag shows three
stripes of the colours White-Black-Yellow; it shall
be used with the arms on it. The Government of Upper
Bavaria approved the adoption of the flag on June 10th
1983. The flags in actual use are hanging flags, have a size of 300 x 120 cm (proportions 5:2) and are used with the arms on it. During festivities they are hoisted in Buch am Buchrain on the flagstaff in front of the municipal office or on the Maipole, but not at the town hall of the municipal association (Verwaltungsgemeinschaft) at Pastetten. Some flags are in private property; these are used on private or club festivities. |
